1. (تولبان / TULPAN / نحن / تطبيق تولبان)تعني العلامة التجارية "تولبان" أو "TULPAN" والشركة المالكة لها وكافة المنصات والمواقع والصفحات والروابط والأدوات والامتدادات التابعة لها.
2. إستخدامك لـ تولبان أو أياً من الامتدادات التابعة له يعني قبولك لسياسة الخصوصية.
3. تحتفظ إدارة تولبان بالحق في إضافة أو تعديل أو تحديث منصاتنا أو كل أو بعض بنود سياسة الخصوصية أو أي من سياسات وأحكام "تولبان" في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق وهذه الاضافات والتعديلات و التحديثات تكون سارية وملزمه تلقائيا في وقت نشرها.
4. أنت توافق علي تخويل وإعطاءالسلطة القانونية لـ تولبان في جمع وإستخدام ونقل وتخزين المعلومات والبيانات الخاصة بك وبالصفقات التي تقوم بتنفيذها على أياً من منصات "تولبان" وفقا لسياسة الخصوصية.
5. قد نطلب منك تزويدنا بمعلومات تعريف شخصية معينة لنزودك بتجربة تسوق أفضل، بما فيها اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك الالكتروني وعنوان التسليم وموقع التسليم ومعرف الجهاز بروتوكول الانترنت (IP). سنقوم بالاحتفاظ بهذه المعلومات واستخدامها تبعاً لما جاء في سياسة الخصوصية هذه. يستخدم التطبيق والموقع خدمات من جهات خارجية لجمع معلومات قد تُستخدم في تحديد هويتك. يمكنك أيضاً تفقد سياسة الخصوصية على موقع الجهات الخارجية التي يستخدمها التطبيق.
6. المعلومات الشخصية الخاصة بك لن تكون متاحة لأي طرف ثالث ، والوصول إليها سيكون قاصرا على إدارة "تولبان" والموظفين الذين يتطلب عملهم الوصول إلى هذه المعلومات والبيانات لتوفير خدمات الدعم للمستخدمين.
7. هذه البيانات والمعلومات التي نحتفظ بها تساعدنا علي تحسين جودة خدمات "تولبان" وتطوير الخدمة المقدمة للمستخدم.
8. كما سيتم إستخدام البيانات التي تقدمها لنا للرد علي جميع الإستفسارات الخاصة بك ولتسهيل إتمام عمليات التوصيل للمنتجات التي يتم شراؤها عبر أياً من منصات "تولبان".
9. أنت توافق علي السماح لـ "تولبان" في إبقاء البيانات الخاصة بك محفوظة لمدة طويلة تناسب المتطلبات التي يتم جمع البيانات من أجلها، وهذه القاعدة سوف يتم تطبيقها على جميع انواع المعلومات والبيانات ، بغض النظر عن نوعية البيانات وطبيعتها.
10. نلتزم بعدم الكشف عن أي معلومات لصالح أي طرف ثالث خارج نطاق الشركة المالكة لـ "تولبان" إلا إذا أمرت بذلك سلطة قضائية أو تنظيمية أو إدارية أو أمنية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
11. منصات "تولبان" يمكن أن تحتوي على وصلات إلى مواقع أخرى أو تطبيقات أو إمتدات لأطراف ثالثة ومع ذلك ، ليست لدينا القدرة على السيطرة عليها. لذلك لا نلتزم بشأن حماية وخصوصية المعلومات المقدمة خلال زيارة تلك المواقع ، ونحن غير مسئولين عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ، خاصة أو استثنائية تنتج عن زيارتك هذه المواقع، ولا يمكن أن نكون خاضعين للمساءلة عن هذه الأطراف الغير مباشرة.

1- (تولبان / TULPAN / We / Tulpan App) means the trademark ”تولبان“ or “TULPAN” brand and its owner company and all platforms, websites, pages, links and tools or any of its extensions belong to it.
2- Using TULPAN or any of its extensions means you agree to Tulpan privacy policy.
3- The management of the TULPAN have the rights to add, modify or update its platforms or all or some of privacy policy or Tulpan terms & conditions and it is automatically valid and binding at the time of publishing it.
4- You agree to authorize and give the legal authority to TULPAN Store to collect, use, transfer and store your information and data and the transactions that you carry out on the store in accordance with TULPAN policy.
